About Duneira

The private family Croft of Duneira consists of 16 acres on the fringes of the tidal Kentra bay.
This special area enjoys full SSSI protection - a tranquil, wild, peacefull place.

Duneira takes its name from the ancient fortified mound (Dun) within the Croft.

The Croft has two fully equipped, self catering, residential caravans which are available for weekly let, short breaks and longer holidays. The caravans are individually sited, each on its own area within the gated grounds.

The pitches are well back from the small by-road to Ardtoe.

The village of Acharacle (approx. 2 miles), has a pub, general store, outdoor shop. bakery, take-away, tea room, garage (no fuel) doctor surgery and a post office.
